Section 72. Annual report.
The Majlis shall cause a full and true account of the General Administration Fund and the Zakat and Fitrah Fund to be kept and shall as soon as possible after the 31 st December of each year issue and publish in the Gazette a report on the administration and activities of the Majlis during the preceding year, together with a balance sheet of the General Administration Fund and the Zakat and Fitrah Fund as of the 31st December, and income and expenditure account for the year and a list of properties and investments of the said Fund showing their cost price and estimated price, if bought, and estimated value as of the 31 st December.
