PART II - REGISTRAR AND DEPUTY REGISTRAR

Section 3. Appointment of Registrar and Deputy Registrar.

The Majlis may, with the approval of His Royal Highness the Sultan, appoint---

(a)

a Registrar of Islamic Religious school; and

(b)

such number of Deputy Registrars of Islamic Religious schools as may be necessary.
