Section 123. Disobeyance command regarding the Hari Raya.

Any person who disobeys the command of His Royal Highness the Sultan regarding the beginning of the fasting in Ramadhan or Hari Raya Fitrah or Hari Raya Haji, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
