Section 82. To inspect and request for extracts from Register.

(1) The Register for Marriage, Divorce and Rujuk shall be opened at any time to any person who applies to inspect it on payment of a prescribed fee.

(2) The Registrar shall furnish to any person who requires a certified extract from the registers under subsection (1) on payment of a prescribed fee.
