Section 177. Issue of judgment debtor summons.

(1) On receipt of an application under section 176, the Court shall issue a judgment debtor summons in Form MS 43.

(2) A judgment debtor summons shall be served on the judgment debtor at least seven days before the day fixed for the hearing of the summons.
