PART XIX – EXECUTION
Section 151. Special directions.
(1) The Court may, of its own motion or on the application of any party or person interested, give any such directions to the bailiff concerning the performance of his duties as may be just.
(2) The Court may summons before it and examine, any person who may give information regarding any execution.
