Section 57. Execution.

(1) The Court may, on a complaint made to it by a judgment creditor that a judgment of the said Court had not been complied with by a judgment debtor within a reasonable time, send a certified copy of such judgment to a Magistrate's Court having jurisdiction over the area within which the first mentioned Court is situate, requesting such Magistrate's Court to execute such judgment.

(2) A Magistrate's Court shall on receiving a request to execute judgment made under sub-section (1) exercise in respect of such judgment all the powers, relating to execution, conferred on it under the Subordinate Courts Rules, as if such judgment were made by itself.

(3) In this section, "judgment" includes an order and "judgment creditor" and "judgment debtor" include, respectively, a person entitled to the benefit of, and a person bound by, any judgment or order.
