Section 16. Cancellation of appointment.
The Ruler in Council may cancel the appointment of any Member of, or the Secretary to, the Majlis-
(a) if his conduct, whether in connection with the duties of such appointment or otherwise, is in the opinion of the Ruler in Council such as to bring discredit upon the Majlis; or
(b) iffor any reason he becomes unable properly to carry out the duties of his appointment; or
(c) if he shall, without due cause to be approved by the President, absent himself from three successive meetings of the Majlis.
