PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE


Section 44. Repeal.

(1) The Enactment set out in the Third Schedule of this Enactment is hereby repealed to the extent stated in the Schedule :

Provided that all proceedings instituted under the Enactment which is hereby repealed shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
