Section 121. Acknowledging another as mother or father
Where a person acknowledges another as his father or mother, the acknowledgee, whether during the lifetime or after the decease of the acknowledgor, shall constitute a valid relationship, in so far as the parties themselves are concerned, provided that the ages of the acknowledgor and the acknowledgee are such that filial relationship is possible between them.
