PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE


Section 17. Record.

(1) Every Court shall keep and maintain full and proper records of all proceedings therein and full and proper accounts of all financial transactions of the Court and account for all moneys received according to the procedure provided by law.

(2) All grounds of decision and references shall be recorded in the Court's decision records.
