PART VII - MISCELLANEOUS
Section 24. Prosecutions.
(1) All criminal proceedings in respect of an offence under this Enactment or the Rules made thereunder shall be instituted in the Syariah Courts except for the offence specified in section 21.
(2) No prosecution in a Syariah Court shall commence without the prior consent of the Majlis.
