Section 78. Boundaries of Kariah Masjid and register of Pegawai Masjid.

(1) The Majlis shall determine, and may alter, the boundaries of any kariah masjid.

(2) The Majlis shall refer any disputes relating to the boundaries of a kariah masjid to the Appeal Committee.

(3) The Majlis shall maintain a register of the pegawai masjid of every mosque in the State.
