PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE


Section 16. Language.

(1) The language of the Court shall be Bahasa Malaysia and document in other languages shall have a duly certified translation.

(2) All documents and written proceeding may be written or typewritten in "jawi" or romanize script.
