PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN

Section 15. President

(1) His Royal Highness the Sultan shall appoint any fit and proper person to be the President and Deputy President of the Majlis.

(2) The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer and Administrator of the Majlis and shall be responsible for carrying out the policies and resolutions of the Majlis.

(3) The President shall exercise control over all deliberations and proceedings of the Majlis, and shall be responsible for the proper and orderly conduct thereof.
