Section 15. Determination of appointment.

The appointment of any Member of the Majlis shall determine-

(a) upon his death; or

(b) if he shall, by writing addressed to the Ruler through the President, resign such appointment; or

(c) if he shall be absent from the State, without written permission from the President, for a period exceeding three months.
