Section 121. Unlawful collection of monies and contributions.
(1) Any person who in contravention of the provisions of this Enactment makes or takes part in any collection of monies or other contributions for any charitable purpose for the promotion of the Muslim Religion or for the benefit of Muslim persons in accordance with Muslim Law shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five months or to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
(2) The penalties prescribed under sub-section (1) shall apply to a person who fails to comply with the provisions of sub-section (2) or sub-section (3) of section 73.
