Section 34. Punishment for qatlul-syibhu-al-'amd.
Whoever commits qatlul-syibhi-al-amd shall pay diyat to the victim's wali and in addition thereto shall be punished with the takzir punishment of imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.
