Section 203. Mode of payment.
Payment of any sum standing in the Court's account may, if not more than RM50, be made in cash and, if over RM50, shall be made by cheque crossed and endorsed " not negotiable and payable to the payee" or order and marked "Payable only within 90 days after date". A fresh cheque may be issued in place of one not cashed in due time.
