Section 42. Constitution of Syariah Courts.
His Royal Highness the Sultan on the advice of the Majlis may by notification in the Gazette constitute Syariah Subordinate Courts, Syariah High Court and Syariah Appeal Court for the State of Pahang at such places as he considers fit and may prescribe the local limits of jurisdiction of such Courts.
