PART II - MAJLIS UGAMA ISLAM NEGERI SABAH

Section 30. Appointment of officers and servant.

(1) The Majlis may appoint such number of officers and servant as may be necessary to assist it in carrying out its function.

(2) The Majlis may, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, make regulations with respect to conditions of services of its officers and servants.
