Section 54. Attendance at Mosque.

The anak mukim of any mukim shall ordinarily attend the mosque in his mukim, but the Imam Tua of that mosque may for good reason grant permission to any person to attend another mosque and, if the Imam Tua shall have refused such permission, the Mufti may grant it in the name and on behalf of the Majlis.
