PART VII - GENERAL
Section 193. Protection of officers.
No proceedings whatsoever shall lie against any Pengarah Pendakwa or Kadi or Kadi Besar or Pegawai Majlis or other officers for any act done in good faith in any judicial proceedings under the provisions of this Enactment or Adminstration of Muslim Law Enactment 1962 or Islamic Family Enactment 1979 and Syariah Criminal Code Enactment 1988.
