PART XXIX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 216. Payment out.
(1) Before payment out of any sum in Court, proof may be required by the Registrar of due authority to receive the same.
(2) Before making any payment out of Court the Registrar shall satisfy himself that all sums due to Government in respect thereof have been paid or are deducted.
