PART II - OFFENCES
Section 25. Intoxicating.
(1) Any person who drinks liquor or any intoxicating drinks, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
(2) Any person who makes, sells, presents, exhibits for sale, keeps or buys any liquor or intoxicating drinks shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
