PART III - FINANCIAL CHARITABLE TRUSTS
Section 20. Wakaf and Nazar.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in any instrument or declaration creating, governing or affecting the same, the Majlis shall be the sole trustee of all wakaf, whether wakaf 'am or wakaf khas, of all nazar 'am, and of all trusts of every description creating any charitable trust for the support and promotion of the Islamic religion or for the benefit of Muslims in accordance with Hukum Shara' , to the extent of any property affected thereby and situate in the State of Kelantan and, where the settler or other person creating the trust, wakaf or nazar 'am was domiciled in the State of Kelantan, to the extent of all property affected thereby wherever situate.
