ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW ORDINANCE, 2001
PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES
Section 30. Unlawful registers
No person, other than a Registrar appointed under section 26, shall-
(a) keep any book that is or purports to be a register kept in accordance with this Ordinance; or
(b) issue to any person any document that is or purports to be a copy of a certificate of marriage registered by the Registrar.
