PART III - FINANCIAL ZAKAT AND FITRAH
Section 34. Power of Majlis.
The Majlis shall have the power, and shall be under the duty, to collect on behalf of His Highness the Sultan, and to dispose of as His Highness may, subject to the provisions of this Enactment, direct, all zakat and fitrah payable in the State in accordance with Hukum Shara', and shall do so to the extent and in the manner provided in this Enactment.
