Section 9. Appointment of Chief Registrar, Registrar and Assistant Registrar.

The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may, on the advice of the Chief Syarie Judge, appoint from amongst the members of the service of the State Syariah Officers, a Chief Registrar opf the Syariah Appeal Court, a Registrar of the Syariah High Court and Assistant Registrars of the Syariah Lower Courts.
