Section 65. Report of Penyelia Agama.
(1) Every investigation under this Chapter shall be completed without unnecessary delay, and as soon as it is completed the officer making the same shall unless the offence be of a character which the Pengarah Pendakwa directed not to be reported to him forward to the Pengarah Pendakwa a report in Form 3C in the Schedule setting forth the names of the parties, the nature of the information, and the names of the persons who appear to be acquainted with the circumstances of the case.
(2) The Pengarah Pendakwa may at any time by order in writing that no report need be forwarded to him in cases of a character to be specified in such order, and may at any time vary or revoke such order.
