Section 119. Appeals

Any person aggrieved by any decision of any Registrar under this Enactment may appeal in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Administration Enactment or in any other law relating to civil procedure in the Syar'iah Courts for appealing against the decision of a Syar'iah Subordinate Court.
