Section 3. Saving of prerogative.

Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate from or affect the rights and powers of the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan as the head of the religion of Islam in the State of Terengganu as declared an set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of the State of Terengganu.
