PART III - THE MAJLIS-CONSTITUTION

Section 12. Determination of appointment.

The appointment of any member of, o the Secretary to, the Majlis shall determine-

(a)

upon his death, or

(b)

if he shall, by writing addressed to His Highness the Sultan through the State Secretary, resign such appointment, or

(c)

if he shall before the expiration his period appointment be absent from the State for a period exceeding three months without written permission from the Mentri Besar given on behalf of His Highness the Sultan.
