PART VII - REPEAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Section 39. Transfer of property.
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Enactment and to any direction of the Corporation, any land immediately before and prior to the appointed date was the property of the Majlis for the purposes of baitulmal, wakaf and nazar shall, on that date, become the property of the Corporation.
(2) Subject to the provisions of this Enactment and to any direction of the Corporation, any property other than land which immediately before or prior to the appointed date was the property of the Majlis for the purposes of baitulmal, wakaf and nazar or the property held by any person on behalf of the Majlis for the said purposes shall on that date become the property of the Corporation.
(3) Any wakaf property of the Majlis shall be managed and dealt with by the Corporation.
