Section 42. Secrecy.
The proceedings of the Majlis shall be kept secret and no member or servant thereof shall disclose or divulge to any person other than the Yang di-Pertua Negeri or Minister or any member of the Majlis any matter that has arisen at any meeting unless he is expressly authorized by the Majlis.
