PART III - COURT OF APPEAL
Section 14. Jurisdiction, supervision and review.
(1) In addition to the powers conferred upon the Court by this Enactment or any other written law, the Court of Appeal shall have general supervisory and revisionary jurisdiction over all Courts of Kadi, and may in particular, if it appears desirable in the interests of justice, either of its own motion or at the instance of any party or person interested, at any stage in any matter or proceeding, whether civil or criminal in any Court of Kadi, call and examine any record thereof any may give such directions as justice may require.
(2) Whenever the Court of Appeal calls for the said record, all proceedings in the Court of Kadi on the matter or proceeding in question, shall be stayed pending further order of the Court of Appeal.
