PART V - GUARANTEE AND CONTROL OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM

Section 95. Islamic calendar.

(1) The Majlis shall have power to make any decision or determination or coordination regarding the Islamic calendar in the State.

(2) If there is any apparent dispute or difference which in the opinion of the Majlis ought to be considered, the decision of the Majlis shall be used.
