Section 123. Determining that a witness is 'adil
Where a witness has given his evidence by way of syahadah and the Fudge has reason to believe that he is not 'adil, the Judge shall order such witness to be examined as hereinafter provided.
Explanation--- If it appears to a Judge that a witness who has given syahadah is unworthy of credit he shall cause such witness to be examined to determine whether he is 'adil or otherwise.
