Section 132. Incitement to neglect religious duty.

Whoever incites or persuades any person professing the Muslim Religion to refrain from attending any mosque or from attending any Muslim religious instruction or from paying or doing whatever he is liable to pay or do under this Enactment shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars.
