PART IV - OFFENCES RELATING TO THE SANCTITY OF RELIGION AND ITS INSTITUTION
| Anyone who derides, insults, ridicules or brings into contempt by his words or acts the Quranic verses or Hadith commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both. |
