PART V - PROCEDURE-GENERAL
Section 16. Language and records.
(1) The language of the Court shall be Malay.
(2) Any advocate and solicitor appearing before a court shall if he pleads in the language of the court through an interpreter, provide himself with an interpreter approved by the Court.
(3) Every Court shall keep a full and proper record of all its proceedings and a full and proper account of all its financial transactions.
(4) The Court shall account for all monies received in the manner provided by the Financial General Orders.
