Section 35. Notification of substance of warrant.
The Syariah Enforcement Officer or police officer or other person executing a warrant or arrest shall notify the substance there of to the person arrested and if so required shall produce and show him the warrant or a copy thereof under the seal of the Court issuing the warrant.
