Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the
Syariah Court Civil Procedure Enactment 2004

(2) This Enactment shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the State Authority by notification in the
Gazette. [c.i.f. 01.06.2005]
