Section 4. Saving of prerogative.

Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as Head of the Religion of Islam in the State as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of the State of Kelantan and the Federal Constitution.
