ENACTMENT NO. 13 OF 1994 STATE AMAL JARIAH FUND ENACTMENT 1994
Section 10. Appointment of officersand servants.
(1) The Board may appoint, on such terms and remunerations as the Board may think desirable, such officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out functions under this Enactment.
(2) All members, officers and servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants withing the meaning of the Penal Code [F.M.S. Cap. 45].
