Meeting of the Majlis

Section 21. Presiding over meetings.

(1) The President or in his absence the Vice President shall preside over all meetings of the Majlis.

(2) If both of them are absent in a meeting, the members present shall elect one of the members of the Majlis to preside over the meeting.
