Section 33. Omission to appear before the Registrar within prescribed time
Any person who, being required by section 29 to appear before a Registrar, fails to do so within the prescribed time commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
