PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 5. Application.

(1) Save as is otherwise expressly provided herein, this Enactment shall be applicable to all Muslims who temporarily reside in the State and to all Muslims domiciled in the State but temporarily reside elsewhere.

(2) For the purposes of this Enactment, a person who permanently resides in the State shall be deemed to be domiciled in the State unless the contrary is proved.
