Section 119. Unlawful solemnisation of marriage.
Whoever solemnises or purports to solemnise any marriage between persons professing the Muslim Religion, except in accordance with the provisions of Part VIII of this Enactment, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
