PART II - ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
Section 6. Duties of Chairman.
The Chairman shall have power to –
(a) direct
the Jawatankuasa Secretary to summon meeting;
(b) preside
over all meetings and in his absence, the Deputy Chairman shall preside over the meeting; and
(c) circulate
among members for their decision on any urgent matter and the decision shall be confirmed by the
Jawatankuasa
in the next meeting.
